ROLE:  Outbound Sales Specialist

LOCATION:  Home Based Anywhere in Europe or Office in Leuven Belgium

POSITION TYPE: Full time or part-time

RESPONSIBILITY: Lead generation and calling to get sales meetings

  • Build NineSigma’s early sales pipeline for EMEA & Americas
  • Find new sales leads, manage email campaigns and call leads
  • Telephone leads to convince them to schedule appointments with the NineSigma Business Development Team
    • 50% of your time will be calling to schedule appointments with our BD Team
    • 50% of your time will be spent on sales operations preparing new campaigns
  • Your performance will be measured by the number of appointments you make and how many Statements of Work are sent as a result of your activities

KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Research and analyze industries, key accounts, our competitors
  • Prepare sales pitches using NineSigma’s marketing assets & case studies
  • Contact sales leads through calls and emails and convince them to schedule meetings
  • Track sales activities using NineSigma’s CRM, dashboards and KPIs
  • Propose actions to reach targets
  • You will have the opportunity to develop into a sales manager role, responsible for selling directly to new and existing clients (within 1-2 years)

ABOUT YOU:

  • Good knowledge of the B2B sales process
  • Experience in making sales calls
  • Persistent, persuasive, pro-active with a sense of urgency
  • Degree in sales, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales
  • Fluent English is essential. Another language is desirable for example French, German, Spanish, Arabic or Chinese
