ROLE: Outbound Sales Specialist
LOCATION: Home Based Anywhere in Europe or Office in Leuven Belgium
POSITION TYPE: Full time or part-time
RESPONSIBILITY: Lead generation and calling to get sales meetings
- Build NineSigma’s early sales pipeline for EMEA & Americas
- Find new sales leads, manage email campaigns and call leads
- Telephone leads to convince them to schedule appointments with the NineSigma Business Development Team
- 50% of your time will be calling to schedule appointments with our BD Team
- 50% of your time will be spent on sales operations preparing new campaigns
- Your performance will be measured by the number of appointments you make and how many Statements of Work are sent as a result of your activities
KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Research and analyze industries, key accounts, our competitors
- Prepare sales pitches using NineSigma’s marketing assets & case studies
- Contact sales leads through calls and emails and convince them to schedule meetings
- Track sales activities using NineSigma’s CRM, dashboards and KPIs
- Propose actions to reach targets
- You will have the opportunity to develop into a sales manager role, responsible for selling directly to new and existing clients (within 1-2 years)
ABOUT YOU:
- Good knowledge of the B2B sales process
- Experience in making sales calls
- Persistent, persuasive, pro-active with a sense of urgency
- Degree in sales, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales
- Fluent English is essential. Another language is desirable for example French, German, Spanish, Arabic or Chinese
