Al-Dabbagh Group (ADG) is a family business conglomerate, established in 1962. ADG employs over 15,000 people through 62 companies, across 60 countries. It is made up of five strategic business portfolios, each with a flagship company. These include: Food, Housing, Petroleum & Auto services, Packaging, Grocery Retail and an Incubation portfolio. It is governed by the home-grown philosophy of Omnipreneurship. The Omnipreneurship approach is made up of three principles (that provide balance), five values (the foundation of the ecosystem) and ten golden rules (the accelerators of the ecosystem).
