Ohio Third Frontier Open Innovation Incentive

The Ohio Third Frontier Open Innovation Incentive (OII) launched August 20, 2012 and will run through April 30, 2015. The program was created by the Ohio Third Frontier to incentivize and assist Ohio middle market companies in participating in open innovation. As a pioneer in the field of open innovation, NineSigma was awarded a grant by the Ohio Third Frontier Commission which allows us to provide our Technology Search program to Ohio middle market companies at a significantly lower rate, with 50% of our costs subsidized by the State of Ohio.

Are you eligible to take advantage of the Open Innovation Incentive?

To be eligible for the incentive program, your company must be a for-profit company, registered with the Ohio Secretary of State, with a principal place of business in Ohio. For the purpose of this program, a middle market company is defined as a company with revenues between $10 million and $1 billion. If you are unsure whether the Open Innovation Incentive is a good fit for your company’s innovation needs, we invite you to contact Colleen Zupan, to talk through your particular needs. You can reach Colleen at (216) 978-1029 or zupan@ninesigma.com.
